One of the landmark pieces of content from the pandemic has to be Bo Burnham’s Netflix special Inside.
The sometimes funny, sometimes jarring special showcases Burnham coming to grips with his own mental state in isolation. The special features Burnham in a loft style room where he performs original tracks about the ongoing pandemic.
Now after being somewhat silent since releasing Inside’s vinyl pressing, Burnham dropped an hour of outtakes from Inside on YouTube.

The outtakes show off some behind the scenes footage from the making of Inside but more interesting is the songs that were cut.
Most of the songs are unfinished but the real joy is seeing Burnham’s raw creativity on display once again. While the video is edited – Burnham says he spent two months editing these outtakes – it’s not as slick as Inside but that’s a good thing.
