Today Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness finally launches and, to coincide with this release, the Scarlet Witch has been added to Fortnite.
Doctor Strange was already made available in the game in the past so it makes sense that the other big magic user from the MCU is here too.
Like with many other characters this new addition can bought as a bundle – appropriately called the “Scarlet Witch Bundle” – or the individual elements can be purchased separately.
“Included with the Scarlet Witch Outfit is the Wanda’s Cloak Back Bling. Both light up with Chaos Magic when dealing damage to opponents! (This reactivity can be turned off by switching to their alt Style.) Also available in the Item Shop is the Chaos Hand Axe Pickaxe — a tangible construct of magic energy — and the Psychic Energy Manipulation Emote for displaying psionic power,” the announcement reads.
The interesting art used in our header image above is actually a loading screen based on the Mirror Dimension which is included in the bundle. The Mirror Dimension is a plane of existence we’ve seen in various MCU movies so far and, for this loading screen, some other Fortnite skins are thrown in there for good measure.
