Samsung partners with Mustek to launch Experience Centre

  • The Samsung Experience Centre will serve as a location for Mustek customers to see an array of devices, including foldable phones, smart signage and gaming monitors.
  • The Experience Centre will reside within the Mustek head office, which is located in Midrand.
  • Its launch also marks an evolving B2B channel initiative from Samsung.

This week Samsung and Mustek announced a partnership with a specific focus on the South African B2B channel market in mind. The partnership also saw the unveiling of a new Experience Centre located at the Mustek head office in Midrand.

The Experience Centre was officially opened yesterday, with president and CEO of Samsung South Africa, Bumsuk Hong and Mustek CEO Hein Engelbrecht in attendance, along with some executives from both organisations and key customers.

In terms of what will be available to experience, the Centre will feature a vast array of consumer electronics from Samsung. These run the gamut of the company’s commercial offerings, including its foldable phones, smart signage, Flip Pro board, wearables, tablets, and smart/gaming monitors.

“This is the biggest experience centre we have in the company, and it is quite fitting as it’s made possible by a premium vendor in Samsung and the number one distributor in Mustek. We are humbled about this collaboration and excited about what the centre is going to bring for all concerned, this opens the ever-evolving landscape to the B2B Channel,” noted Mustek Samsung Business lead, Kirk Toweel, of the opening.

B2B customers interested in seeing the latest hardware from Samsung, are encouraged to visit the Experience Centre at Mustek, with the company aiming to bring more of its products to the local sector.
