Mark your calendars for the Blockchain Africa Conference 2023 hosted by Bitcoin Events. This year, the conference is scheduled to take place from 16th – 17th March as an in-person and online event.

Now in its ninth year of running, the flagship event from the organiser has discussed blockchain and its uses throughout financial and non-financial industries, regulation of digital assets and the hurdles the sector faces.

For the 2023 edition of the conference, Bitcoin Events has set the theme of “Ready for Business”. A glance at the programme reveals that many of the talks from more than 45 speakers, will revolve around the business use cases of blockchain technology.

The keynote speaker for the conference is Rene Reinsberg, co-founder of Celo and president of the Celo Foundation. The master of ceremonies is award winning financial journalist, Fifi Peters.
