This is the first big Steam sale of the year and as always brings huge savings and deals on vast amounts of titles, from AAA mega-hits to small indie darlings. There are sales everywhere, and gamers waiting for reduced prices need wait no longer.

We have combed through the titles on Steam and have produced a list of some of the best deals we could find, but we recommend you take a look yourself as there may be reductions on some of the more obscure games and you don’t want to miss out – such as the procedurally generated SciFi dungeon crawler Star Explorers which is 40 percent off right now.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition (with remastered graphics) – 70 percent off at R149.

Crusader Kings 3 – 30 percent off at R244.

Borderlands 3 – 85 percent off at R134.85, but other titles in the Borderlands series are seeing massive price reductions, such as the Borderlands Handsome Collection (which includes Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel plus all DLC) which has seen a 95 percent reduction from R2 528.00 to just R160.04.

Cyberpunk 2077 – 50 percent off at R399.50, including all bonus content released so far.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Game of the Year Edition – 50 percent off at R399.50, including all DLC.

Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition – 70 percent off at R449.70. If you’re looking for just the base game without any DLC, you can find Red Dead Redemption 2 at a 67 percent reduction for R329.67.

Star Wars: Fallen Jedi Deluxe Edition – 90 percent off at R79.99 from R799.95, including all DLC.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – 70 percent off at R209.70.

For Honor – 60 percent off at R99.60. Other editions including the Marching Fire Edition for R207.25, and the Complete Edition for R417.25.

Total War: Warhammer 3 – 33 percent off at R479.05, with reduced prices across DLCs, all under R300 each.
