- Xbox South Africa has revealed the deals it will have in place once it Unwrap Adventure promotional kicks off this month.
- Discounts on the Xbox Series X|S consoles in particular are the big ticket items here.
- The promotion kicks off on 1th December and lasts for the entire month, provided sticks last.
Xbox South Africa is set to kick off its festive season promotion titled Unwrap Adventure next week, but before it starts in earnest, the company has detailed what key discounts on offers will be made available, with the Series X|S leading the charge.
The sales kick off on 11th December next week and will be running at selected retailers across the country for the remainder of the month.
“This festive season, Xbox wants to make sure that you have the best gaming experience possible. Now is the perfect moment to level up your gaming experience. Upgrade from your last gen console and dive into the world of next-gen exclusives like Starfiield, Forza Motorsport, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Dead Space. Plus, get ready for the excitement with upcoming titles like GTA VI, Star Wars Outlaws, and Hellblade II on Series X|S,” local Xbox distributor Prima Interactive shared in a release with Hypertext.
In terms of the actual discounts, the Xbox Series X will be available for R11 999 (RRP) instead of R13 999, while the Xbox Series S will be available for R5 999 (RRP) instead of R7 599.
The full range of console-specific offers are as follows:
- Xbox Series X 1TB Standalone for R11 999, save R2 000,
- Xbox Series X 1TB + Diablo (valued at R1 399) for R11 999, save R3 399,
- Xbox Series X 1TB + Forza Horizon Premium Edition (valued at R1 599) for R11 999, save R3 599,
- Xbox Series S 512GB Starter Bundle for R 5 999 and includes 3-Month Game Pass Ultimate valued at R390,
- Standalone Series S 512GB Console for R5 999.
