Make the most of South African Summer with the Hisense Party Rocker

There is still a lot of South African Summer to enjoy and that means meeting up with friends and family for parties, braais, meals and more.

No get-together is complete without music and Hisense has shown up not with a bottle of wine but with something much better: the Party Rocker.

The Hisense HP100 Party Rocker isn’t just a portable speaker, it’s a party speaker. What’s the difference? Well with many things in life size does matter, and for speakers at events you need to go big. A party speaker has the sheer size, volume and bass to be enjoyed by everyone in attendance, and on that front Hisense has delivered.

The Party Rocker is a 300W speaker system featuring two 5.25-inch woofers and two 2.25-inch Tweeters. This combination gives the system an incredible range so you can enjoy anything. From chart toppers to drum and bass to more esoteric tracks, you’re sorted here.

This mix of speakers also means that you’re not limited to just the typical party tunes. Want some soft listening in the background at a family function, or maybe holiday tunes? You’re sorted.

All four speakers are proudly on display in the front of the system encircled by lighting which you can control with five lighting effects.

The entire housing is a sight to behold with classic black styling combined with a large grill on the front of the speakers. You will find physical controls on the back and top of the Party Rocker, a very welcome inclusion as more device manufacturers ditch buttons and knobs for apps that are so much less convenient.

The top control panel is also IPX4 waterproof. For those who love partying by the poolside or on the beach, this is peace of mind that your new music centrepiece isn’t in mortal danger while you’re trying to have fun.

On the control panels don’t miss the microphone input. That’s right, there’s a Karaoke Mode so you and guests don’t just have to listen to songs, you can sing them too. Microphone support also means that the Party Rocker can act as a PA system. Events that need speeches, or the classic “please move your car” announcements, are sorted too.

Powering all of the Party Rocker features is a battery that Hisense claims will give you 15 hours of playback. That’s a marathon rager if we’ve heard of one, and that’s just the battery life. If you need even more hours or want to set the speaker up somewhere for a longer period of time, simply plug it in with the included cable so the music never stops.

The Hisense HP100 Party Rocker is now available in South Africa. Pick it up now to enjoy the rest of Summer as the person who brings the best tunes to every party.

And if you’re not too confident in your music selection let the rest of the party decide. Not only does the Party Rocker provide a huge number of connection options both wired and wireless, but it also features Group Play which allows for two devices to be in control.
